Cupcakes

Day 69. Today when I came home from Uni, I decided to make these scrummy (if I do say so myself) coffee and walnut cupcakes. The food magazine that we get each month is being used brilliantly this time. Recipe to follow...

The door that everything gets stuck to...

Day 68. The door that everything gets stuck to in our house had to get featured at some point. Between post-it notes, polaroids and normal photographs and torn out inspiration from magazines, it makes the door look so much more interesting.

Blush Make-up

My friends Jemma and her friend Debbie have started their own make-up company so they asked me to take some photos for them to boost their portfolio. We took the photos in the studio so to focus on the make-up which would be predominantly bridal, but they are open to any new costumers. Check them out on Facebook...http://www.facebook.com/pages/B-lush-Makeup/143746342361109

Studio Fun

On Monday, Becca and Ian came visit, for Ian's birthday we were going to take some photos in the studio, a few turned into about 400 but we had so much fun. These are only a select few but I think they fully capture the enjoyment and show how carried away we got. Happy Birthday Ian!

Becca has also got her own blog, check her out on http://whereimwaking.blogspot.com/?expref=next-blog

Day 43. This was another shot that I took on day 43, lots of greeeen

Day 46. Happy Birthday! Becca baked me this delicious cake for my birthday, carrot cake with vanilla icing! NOM

Day 47. Cath Kidston Bowls, I'm a bit of a fanatic when it comes to Provence Rose. Becca bought me matching bowls to go with my tea cups and saucers, side plates, milk jug, sugar bowl and tea pot. I am a lucky girl! :) Also sweeties can be seen at the top kindly bought my mum to gorb on while I do work! The photo below is just a closer shot of the beautiful pattern.

Day 50. My brother came up with this idea. Apple/apple get it! haha

Day 52. Pancake Tuesday, of course homemade pancakes with Cath Kidston tea

Day 53. Becca and I decided to go for a walk of Portrush and walked right down to the sea. I love the colour in this shot, Oh I do love to live beside the seaside...

Also taken on day 53, two older men walking up the stairs who took the occasional glance back and be nosy at us snapping away. Below is just an artsy picture of a lovely homemade house name

These two also taken on the same day, it reminded me of balamorey, right on our doorstep! Love the colours and the contrast created in the black and white one.

Day 54. Feet up, relaxing day at uni watching Gossip Girl

Day 56. It was a hard choice so we had a bit of both

Day 57. Homemade dessert of ice cream, cookie, and chocolate strands

Day 59. Daisy and dandelion. I chose the daisy to represent this day  but I love the dandelion ones, especially the black and white one, it looks so dreamy

Day 60. Cath Kidston opened in Belfast recently, my purcahases included this tea pot holder which of course is used everyday at uni. Major tea drinkers

Day 61. Becca's ballet pumps, I came up with this artsy idea and I am pleased with how it turned out, so random but I love it

Day 62. Now I must confess that I stole this idea from Becca's desktop background and repoduced it. I love the clear white in contrast with the colourful flowers, it all looks so fresh. The bottom two were the ones that I uses with the blue background which I thought produced an even better contrast. And I love the black and white.

Day 63. Working for a catering company you get to go to so many nice places and so the wedding at the weekend was in the beautiful Donegal where they were served their afternoon tea in these glorious vintage cups and saucers.

Day 64. My Sunday bake this week was a srummy blueberry and soured cream cake. I go away to uni for one day and come back yesterday and the whole thing is gone! Success then!

Day 65. Becca and Ian came to visit as Ian wanted a few modelling pictures taken in the studio to send away to apply  for a modelling agency, of course we got slightly carried away and 300 odd photos were taken not relevant to the modelling. More of these to follow. As you see the flowers getting another feature.
Sorry for the photos not being in order but from now on I promise a photo a day with the relevant dates.       Enjoy.
